LinkVault Terms and Conditions
Effective date: July 6, 2026
Welcome to LinkVault.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all LinkVault products, websites, applications, APIs, software, and services, including but not limited to:
- LinkVault Bio (app.linkvault.bio)
- LinkVault Marketplace (shop.linkvault.bio)
- LinkVault Authentication Services
- LinkVault APIs
- Vendor Stores
- Customer Accounts
- Messaging Services
- Payment Services
- Any future LinkVault products or services
By creating an account, accessing, or using any LinkVault service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms:
"LinkVault", "we", "our", and "us" refer to LinkVault and its affiliated companies.
"User" refers to anyone accessing any LinkVault service.
"Vendor" refers to any individual or business selling products or services through LinkVault Marketplace.
"Customer" refers to any person purchasing from a Vendor.
"Buyer" refers to a Customer making a purchase.
"Seller" refers to a Vendor offering goods or services.
"Content" includes text, photos, videos, files, logos, links, product listings, reviews, comments, messages and any uploaded material.
"Services" means every website, application, feature and service operated by LinkVault.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent.
- Have the legal authority to enter contracts.
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Keep your account information current.
You may not use LinkVault if prohibited under applicable law.
3. User Accounts
To access certain Services you must create an account.
You agree to:
- provide truthful information;
- maintain accurate account details;
- keep your password secure;
- protect your authentication codes;
- notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for every activity occurring under your account.
4. LinkVault Bio
LinkVault Bio allows users to create customizable landing pages containing links, media, social profiles and business information.
Users may:
- create multiple pages (subject to subscription limits);
- customize themes;
- upload images;
- connect social media;
- integrate supported third-party services.
Users may not:
- impersonate another person;
- distribute malware;
- publish illegal content;
- host phishing pages;
- distribute spam;
- promote fraud;
- violate copyrights;
- publish adult content where prohibited by law.
LinkVault reserves the right to suspend any Bio page violating these Terms.
5. Marketplace
The Marketplace connects Vendors and Customers.
LinkVault provides the platform only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, LinkVault:
- is not the seller;
- does not manufacture products;
- does not inspect every listing;
- does not guarantee quality;
- does not guarantee delivery;
- does not guarantee authenticity.
The purchase contract exists solely between Vendor and Customer.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Every Vendor agrees to:
- provide accurate listings;
- display truthful pricing;
- fulfill orders promptly;
- maintain inventory accuracy;
- honor accepted orders;
- comply with all applicable laws;
- obtain necessary licenses;
- pay applicable taxes.
Vendors remain solely responsible for products sold.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- provide accurate shipping information;
- make payments using authorized methods;
- refrain from fraudulent chargebacks;
- communicate respectfully;
- inspect deliveries promptly.
8. Product Listings
Listings must accurately describe:
- product condition;
- specifications;
- pricing;
- availability;
- delivery timelines;
- warranties (if any).
Misleading listings may be removed without notice.
9. Pricing
Vendors determine product pricing.
Prices may include:
- taxes;
- shipping;
- platform fees;
- promotional discounts.
Displayed prices may change until checkout.
10. Payments
Payments are processed through approved payment providers.
LinkVault may:
- hold payments;
- verify transactions;
- delay settlements;
- investigate suspicious activity;
- reverse fraudulent transactions.
Payment processors may have additional terms.
11. Vendor Payouts
Vendor earnings may be:
- subject to verification;
- delayed for fraud prevention;
- adjusted for refunds;
- withheld due to legal requirements.
LinkVault may suspend payouts where abuse is suspected.
12. Pay Over Time
Certain Vendors may enable the Pay Over Time option for eligible products.
Vendor Control
The Vendor determines:
- whether Pay Over Time is available;
- the maximum repayment period;
- the installment schedule.
The repayment period shall never exceed the maximum duration configured by the Vendor and shall not exceed ninety (90) days.
Buyer Obligations
Buyers agree to:
- complete all scheduled installments;
- maintain a valid payment method where automatic payments are enabled;
- authorize recurring payments where applicable.
Installment Fee
A service fee of 1% per installment may apply.
The cumulative installment service fee shall never exceed 5% of the original purchase price.
Late Payments
If the final installment is missed:
- an additional grace period of up to fourteen (14) days may be granted;
- after the grace period the Vendor may pursue available recovery options permitted by law.
Failure to complete installment payments may result in:
- suspension of Marketplace privileges;
- restriction of future Pay Over Time eligibility;
- collection activities where permitted by law.
13. Automatic Payments
Where enabled, Buyers authorize LinkVault or its payment partners to automatically charge the selected payment method on scheduled installment dates.
Buyers remain responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.
14. Refunds
Refund policies are determined by individual Vendors unless otherwise required by law.
Where disputes arise, LinkVault may assist but does not guarantee refund outcomes.
15. Shipping
Vendors are responsible for:
- packaging;
- dispatch;
- shipping updates;
- delivery accuracy.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
16. Returns
Return eligibility depends upon:
- Vendor policy;
- product type;
- applicable consumer protection laws.
Customized, digital and perishable products may not be returnable.
17. Digital Products
Digital goods become the Customer's responsibility immediately upon successful delivery.
Unauthorized redistribution is prohibited.
18. Intellectual Property
All LinkVault software, branding, logos, interfaces, graphics and code remain the exclusive property of LinkVault.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
Users grant LinkVault a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, process and distribute submitted content solely for operating the Services.
19. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- violate laws;
- upload malware;
- scrape the platform;
- interfere with platform security;
- reverse engineer our software;
- create fake accounts;
- manipulate reviews;
- commit payment fraud;
- engage in money laundering;
- distribute counterfeit goods;
- sell prohibited items;
- infringe intellectual property;
- send spam.
20. Messaging and Communications
Users may communicate using LinkVault messaging tools.
Messages may be monitored for:
- abuse prevention;
- fraud detection;
- legal compliance;
- platform security.
21. Reviews
Customers may leave honest reviews.
Fake reviews, extortion or review manipulation are prohibited.
LinkVault reserves the right to remove reviews violating these Terms.
22. APIs
Developers using LinkVault APIs agree to:
- comply with API documentation;
- protect API credentials;
- avoid abusive usage;
- respect rate limits.
API access may be revoked at any time.
23. Authentication Services
Users utilizing LinkVault Authentication services must protect:
- recovery codes;
- authenticator devices;
- API keys.
Loss of authentication credentials may temporarily restrict account access.
24. Service Availability
While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability.
Services may be interrupted due to:
- maintenance;
- upgrades;
- security incidents;
- infrastructure failures.
25. Third-Party Services
LinkVault integrates with third-party providers.
We are not responsible for third-party:
- services;
- websites;
- payment processors;
- social networks;
- shipping providers.
26. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- fraud;
- abuse;
- illegal activity;
- repeated policy violations;
- payment disputes;
- security concerns.
Termination does not eliminate outstanding obligations.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkVault shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages;
- lost profits;
- business interruption;
- loss of data;
- lost opportunities;
- consequential damages.
Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user to LinkVault during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
28. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkVault, its officers, employees, affiliates and partners against claims arising from:
- misuse of the Services;
- violations of these Terms;
- infringement of third-party rights;
- illegal activities.
29. Privacy
Use of our Services is governed by the LinkVault Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in that policy.
30. Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable:
- consumer protection laws;
- tax laws;
- export regulations;
- sanctions;
- anti-money laundering laws;
- intellectual property laws.
31. Changes to the Services
LinkVault may:
- modify features;
- discontinue services;
- introduce new products;
- revise pricing;
- improve security.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
32. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be announced through our website, dashboard, or email where appropriate.
Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
33. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
34. Dispute Resolution
Before commencing legal proceedings, the parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts within Nigeria unless applicable law requires otherwise.
35. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
36. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between LinkVault and the User regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings relating to the subject matter herein.

By using LinkVault, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
