Do people need an app to scan it?
No. iPhone and Android cameras read QR codes natively.
Can I change a code after it is printed?
Yes, if you make it editable when you create it — the printed image never changes, only where it sends people. Editable website codes come with Starter; editable action codes with Growth and above.
Will LinkVault know if someone messaged me on WhatsApp?
No. LinkVault counts the scan and opens WhatsApp for them; whether they press send stays private to WhatsApp. A scan shows interest, not a conversation or a sale.
Can I put my logo in the middle?
Yes, from the Growth plan. The Design Studio checks that the code still scans before you use it.
What happens to the codes I already have?
Nothing. Codes you have already made keep their image, their destination and their scan history.
What do you store about people who scan?
Only coarse details such as the country and the type of device. No names, phone numbers or IP addresses are kept.
