- 2 Once approved, create a payment link, an invoice or a payment request.
- 3 Share it however you like — message, email, or on your LinkVault.
- 4 Your customer pays through a secure checkout.
- 5 The payment is confirmed by the provider, not by the browser.
- 6 It lands in your Pay dashboard alongside every other transaction.
LinkVault Pay is part of your LinkVault subscription. Payments are processed by Paystack.

Do I need a store to take payments?
No. A payment link is enough. If you do want a full storefront with products, inventory and shipping, that is the Marketplace — Pay is for getting money for anything else.
Can I send a real invoice?
Yes. You can raise an invoice with line items, send it to a customer, and track whether it has been paid, cancelled or is still outstanding.
How do refunds work?
You can refund a payment from the dashboard. The customer agreement is recorded against the refund so there is a trail of what was agreed and when.
What happens if the customer closes the tab mid-payment?
Nothing is lost. Payments are confirmed by the provider directly rather than by the customer returning to your site, so the payment still registers.
Who processes the payments?
Paystack. Card details are entered on the provider's secure checkout and are never handled by LinkVault.
