- 2 Invite someone by email address.
- 3 Pick the role that matches what they actually do.
- 4 They accept and sign in with their own credentials.
- 5 They see the products and pages their role allows.
- 6 Change or revoke that access whenever you need to.
Team seats are part of your LinkVault subscription, and how many you get depends on your plan. Larger organizations with SSO, departments and custom roles should look at Enterprise.

Why not just share my password?
Because you cannot see who did what, you cannot take access away from one person, and anyone who leaves keeps the keys. Proper seats fix all three.
How many people can I add?
That depends on your plan. Every paid plan includes team seats, and the number goes up as you move up — see /pricing for the current counts.
Does a teammate need their own subscription?
No. They join your account with their own login and use the entitlements your subscription provides.
Can I control what each person sees?
Yes. Access is assigned by role, so someone helping with content does not need to reach billing or settings.
We are a larger organization — is this enough?
If you need SSO, departments, organization-wide billing or custom roles, that is Enterprise. Teams covers everything up to that point.
